1. Sponsor
This sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by:

("Sponsor")
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and household members, are not eligible to participate or win.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins on May 31, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on July 31, 2026 ("Promotion Period").
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, eligible individuals may enter by:
Method 1 – Website Entry:
Submitting a valid email address through the OddCube website signup form during the Promotion Period.
Method 2 – Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE):
Sending an email to team@oddcube.com with the subject line "OddCube Giveaway Entry" during the Promotion Period.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries from the same individual or email address may be disqualified at Sponsor's discretion.
Entries generated by script, macro, automated means, or other methods intended to circumvent the entry limits are void.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
One (1) OddCube Air Purifier Kit
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $279.00 to $389.00 USD based on Sponsor's current estimated retail pricing.
Sponsor will provide standard shipping to a valid U.S. mailing address at no additional cost to the winner.
Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize.
No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of the prize is permitted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
6. Winner Selection
On or about August 10, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any potential winner and may require reasonable proof of identity, age, residency, and compliance with these Official Rules.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified using the email address associated with the winning entry.
The potential winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of the initial notification email.
If the potential winner:
Does not respond within the required time period;
Is determined to be ineligible;
Declines the prize;
Fails to comply with these Official Rules; or
Has a winner notification returned as undeliverable,
Sponsor may select an alternate winner through a subsequent random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, city, state, likeness, and prize information for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
9. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents from any liability, loss, damage, claim, or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected, or undelivered entries, emails, communications, or technical failures of any kind.
10. Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize from among the eligible entries received prior to the impairment.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Sweepstakes, or acting in bad faith.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor.
12. Winners list request
To request the name of the Sweepstakes winner, send an email to team@oddcube.com with the subject line "OddCube Air Purifier Kit Giveaway Winner List Request."
Requests must be received within 30 days after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes. The winners list will be provided within a reasonable time following receipt of a valid request and as permitted by applicable law.
